Are TMS shoes comfortable?
Our shoes will invisibly add 2-4 inches in height without
losing any comfort. Every pair of our shoes are made with the best care and from
high quality leather. The lightweight hidden increaser ensures that our shoes
weigh no more than normal footwear. Our hidden increasers are made with a soft
material containing a massage sole that enhances your comfort level. As a
result, you can wear our shoes on a daily basis without experiencing any
discomfort.
Our shoe last make it so that the shoes will not slip off
while providing the comfort and room needed for your feet. The insoles while
adding height help to absorb impact and cushion your feet. In every pair of our
shoes there are mid-insoles that help prevent deterioration to the insoles and
provide air circulation. Our outer soles help to keep you feeling comfortable by
allowing a natural instep.

What are the benefits of wearing TMS shoes?
Along with an increase in height TMS shoes will help to
promote better posture. The internal build -up offered by our shoes helps to
improve posture by providing the necessary support. When you are feeling taller

Can I change the height increase level on a particular
style?
Unfortunately we are unable to customize the height
increase level on our shoes at this time. We are working on bringing different
heights for our styles and hope they will be available in the near future. All
of height increasers in the shoes are sewn into the shoes and are not removable.
This ensures the longevity and durability of the shoes.

Will anyone know that I am wearing height increase
shoes?
Our shoes are designed with the appearance to be just like
any non-height increasing shoe only to be slightly taller in the back. By simply
pairing your height increasing shoes with a pair of pants it will cover up the
back end of your shoes. Thus making them unnoticeable.

I’m looking for a pair of shoes for a wedding. Is there
any shoes made specifically for tuxedos?
Yes, we have our infamous glossy and shinny tuxedo shoes
that is made especially for tuxedoes. The item is V8601 and it is the only
shoes we carry for tuxedos’ at this time.

Is there any shoes made with leather soles?
Yes, we currently have two items that are made with a fully
leather bottoms and they are made for dancing. They are items K9G018 and K30521.

Do I need to make alterations to the length of my pants?
In most cases, there is no need to alter your pants.
Although wearing slightly longer trouser with larger legs will help to optimize
the invisible effect. Trousers should have sufficient margin so that they nicely
fall over the end part of the shoes, where the shoe begins to lift up. Slightly
longer pants are recommended for our extra height increase styles.

Is the sizing different for your shoes?
Yes, our sizes are different and need to be converted to
find your correct size you need.
We offer two different lines of shoes Toto & Calden. You
may find the size you need for these two lines by converting your size in our
“Shoe Size Conversion Chart” (shown below). Our customer service representatives
are also available to assist you with finding the right size for you.

Can I put your insoles into “regular” shoes?
Our insoles are designed so that they may be worn with
regular shoes. We do recommend that they be worn with high profile shoes to
ensure the best comfort. Shoes with low profiles, such as loafers, will not
allow the necessary room for your feet when the insoles are inserted. We offer a
large variety of insoles that are available to fit the individual needs of our
customers.

When will my order be shipped
out?
If you are able to place an
order for an item online that means we have it in-stock. In-stock items that are
ordered by 1:00pm (PST) are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed
after 1:00pm and/or during the weekend will be shipped the following business
day.

We only use UPS as our shipper for USA and for most
international customers.

How will the package I
receive be like?
To preserve the privacy of our
customers all packages are received in a discreet manner. Packages will be
arriving from “Asia Focus Inc.” wrapped in plain brown paper. This is to ensure
that the contents are not disclosed. International packages are shipped with a
customs declaration of contents as “Men’s Footwear”.

What is your return policy?
All shoes must be returned in new un-worn condition
in order to qualify for a return or exchange within 30 days of the receive date.
We must receive the return at our warehouse within those 30 days accompanied by
a Return Authorization number. For more details regarding our return policy
please refer to the Return Instructions link.

Do I need to fill out a Return Authorization Form?
Yes, all of our exchange/returns require a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) prior to the product being sent back to us. After the
Return Authorization form is filled out we will issue out a RA#. This is to
ensure that we process all of our exchanges/return accordingly and in a timely
manner. If orders are sent back to us without a RA# you will forfeit your right
to receive a exchange/refund.

I submitted a Return Authorization form and still
have not received an RA number what should I do?
An RA# (Return Authorization) will be sent out to
you within 2 business days to the email address you filled out on the form. If
by that time you still do not receive the email check your junk mail and bulk
mail as you email settings may have filter the email there. You may also give
our customer service team a call and they will be happy to provide you with your
RA#.

If I am returning/exchanging my order at your store
will I still need to fill out a Return Authorization Form?
Yes, all returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization number (RA#). Upon
arriving to our store just provide our staff with your RA# and we will gladly
assist you with your return.
